Factors Affecting Hair Growth

Before we dive into the natural tips for hair growth, it’s important to understand the factors that affect hair growth. These include genetics, age, diet, and lifestyle. While some of these factors cannot be changed, there are ways to improve hair growth through diet and lifestyle changes.

Understanding the factors that can impact hair growth is essential when seeking ways to grow hair faster. Firstly, nutrition plays a vital role. Ensure you have a well-balanced diet rich in essential nutrients, including proteins, vitamins (such as biotin and vitamin E), and minerals (like iron and zinc). Incorporate foods like eggs, spinach, salmon, nuts, and seeds into your meals to provide your hair with the necessary building blocks for growth.

Another factor to consider is scalp health. Keep your scalp clean and free from excess oil and product buildup by washing it regularly with a gentle shampoo. Massage your scalp while washing to stimulate blood flow and promote hair growth. Additionally, avoid using excessive heat from styling tools, as it can damage the hair and hinder growth. Embrace natural hairstyles and limit the use of chemical treatments to minimize potential damage.

Furthermore, lifestyle choices can affect hair growth. Avoid smoking, as it can restrict blood flow and negatively impact hair health. Protect your hair from harsh environmental conditions, such as excessive sun exposure and chlorine in pools, by wearing a hat or using protective products.

By addressing these factors and making conscious choices regarding nutrition, scalp health, and lifestyle, you can create an optimal environment for hair growth and enhance the chances of achieving faster and healthier hair growth.

Natural Tips for Hair Growth

There are several natural ways to promote hair growth. These include:

Diet and Nutrition

When it comes to growing hair faster, paying attention to your diet and nutrition is paramount. Start by incorporating foods that are known to promote hair growth into your daily meals. Protein is a key component, as hair is primarily made up of protein fibers. Include lean meats, fish, eggs, and legumes in your diet to ensure an adequate protein intake. Additionally, focus on consuming foods rich in vitamins and minerals that support hair health. Biotin, found in foods like eggs and nuts, helps strengthen the hair shaft, while vitamin E, present in avocados and spinach, promotes circulation to the scalp. Don’t forget to include iron-rich foods such as leafy greens, lentils, and lean red meat, as iron deficiency can lead to hair loss. Lastly, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, as dehydration can affect hair growth. By making these dietary adjustments and providing your body with the necessary nutrients, you can fuel hair growth and ultimately achieve faster and healthier hair.
Eating a balanced diet that includes foods rich in vitamins and minerals essential for hair growth can help promote healthy hair. Foods such as eggs, spinach, and salmon are great sources of nutrients that promote hair growth.

Hair Care

Proper hair care is essential for healthy hair growth. This includes washing your hair regularly with a gentle shampoo, avoiding heat styling tools, and using natural hair products that do not contain harsh chemicals.

Excellent hair care practices are vital when aiming to grow hair faster. Start by using a gentle shampoo and conditioner suitable for your hair type. Avoid harsh chemicals and sulfates that can strip the hair of its natural oils. It’s essential to maintain a clean and healthy scalp to foster optimal hair growth. Regularly wash your hair to remove dirt, excess oil, and product buildup, but be cautious not to over wash, as it can dry out the scalp. Additionally, consider incorporating a weekly deep conditioning treatment to nourish and moisturize your hair. Minimize heat styling and opt for air-drying whenever possible to prevent heat damage. When styling, use heat protectant products and lower heat settings on styling tools. Finally, protect your hair from environmental damage by wearing a hat or using products with UV protection when exposed to the sun. By following these hair care practices, you can create a favorable environment for hair growth and achieve faster, healthier hair.

Lifestyle Changes

If you’re wondering how to grow hair faster, incorporating certain lifestyle changes can make a significant difference. Firstly, maintaining a well-balanced diet is crucial for healthy hair growth. Ensure you consume ample amounts of protein, as it is the building block for hair follicles. Include foods like eggs, fish, and nuts in your meals. Hydration is equally important, so drink plenty of water to keep your scalp hydrated. Another key step is to reduce stress levels, as it can hinder hair growth. Engage in stress-relieving activities such as meditation, yoga, or regular exercise. Avoid excessive heat styling or chemical treatments, as they can damage the hair follicles and slow down growth. Regularly trim your hair to prevent split ends, which can hinder length retention. Finally, embrace a gentle hair care routine, using a wide-toothed comb and a sulfate-free shampoo. Remember, patience is key; healthy hair growth takes time, but with these lifestyle changes, you can encourage faster and healthier hair growth naturally.

Reducing stress levels, getting enough sleep, and regular exercise can also promote healthy hair growth. Stress can cause hair loss, so finding ways to manage stress is important for healthy hair growth.

The most obvious reason why people dread wash
days is the process of detangling, where you're this close to ripping your scalp off and the
breakage and hair fall that comes with it is no joke, but this one extra step of TLC in
the form of hair oiling has turned out to be a game changer. So instead of drenching
your hair in oil, here's what you need to do! Just take enough oil to coat your
scalp and the length of your hair. Start detangling with your fingers first, followed
by a wide tooth comb. Oil acts as a conditioning agent and helps ease the detangling process,
which means less hair fall and less breakage. If your hair is best friends with gravity and is
brittle and prone to breakage? It's the hard water that is to be blamed. Hard water creates a film on
the hair and makes it difficult for moisture to penetrate.

End result, hair fall and premature
greying but there's a simple solution to this. Attach a shower filter to convert
hard water into soft water, or you can even use filtered water as the
last rinse while washing your hair. Don't you think you could reverse a lot of
things in your life? But for now let's just stick to reverse hair washing to keep that
mane intact. This hot trend has only recently gained popularity but I've been doing it for
years, so take it from me it totally works. Wet your hair and start by applying conditioner
first and leave it on for a few minutes. Rinse it out and follow up with a gentle shampoo. Focus only on your scalp and let the foam
clean the rest of your hair while rinsing. The conditioner acts as a protective
barrier against the cleansing agents present in the shampoo, so that when your
hair dries it is full of shine and volume. Including Apple Cider Vinegar
in your morning ritual is not just great for your gut, but also for your
hair care routine. Dilute one part of ACV with three parts of water and rinse
your hair with it after you shampoo.

Leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse again. ACV is an excellent scalp cleanser removes buildup and balances the pH level, leaving your
follicles super healthy and ready for new growth. So, the next time you plan to wash your hair, use
these tips so that you and I both are certain we don't get boiled anytime soon. Until next
time stay tuned and stay Glamrs.

Thank you for your question! You’re asking question about using minoxidil
extra strength for men and is it safe for women and I am sure it’s for your problem
you’re dealing with which is most likely female pattern hair loss. Well I can certainly
give you some guidance with this question. I’m a board certified cosmetic surgeon and
a fellowship trained oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and I am also the founder
of Trichostem Hair Regeneration centers, a procedure we developed in our practice as
a non-surgical alternative for hair loss for men and women.

So I certainly have a lot of
experience with the use of minoxidil. In this country, minoxidil and finasteride
are the two drugs that are FDA approved for men and minoxidil is FDA approved for women.
Now hair loss which 95% is referred to us familial and also called androgenetic alopecia
is basically progression of thinning hair. The hair starts at thick and eventually as
it sheds, it grows in and it gets thinner and thinner and continues to thin until it
stops growing all together and the area becomes smooth and its only skin.

So minoxidil has
certainly have role in the management of hair loss but it’s important to understand that
it does not stop hair loss, does not stop the progression. In my experience, it appears
minoxidil basically prolongs the growth cycle of thinning hairs. Now in this country, currently there is an
FDA approved of 5% foam Minoxidil for women and from my experience 5% is adequate for
its purpose now we have certainly tried compounding minoxidil and combining higher percentages
of retinols and other agents to help improve the topical treatment but what we have done
in our practice is basically eliminate majority of the indication for minoxidil because we
have developed something called Hair Regeneration. With Hair Regeneration what we are doing is
we are using a material called extracellular matrix (ECM) combined with your own blood
a part of your blood called platelet-rich plasma (PRP). And essentially, what we are
doing is what you want to try to do with minoxidil except we are doing something more. What we
are able to do is stop the progression of hair loss, reactivate hair that is not growing
as well as correct the hair growth cycle so then instead of thinning the hairs actually
grow thicker.

Now for women in our practice, we have achieved
more comparably 99% success. Now this is something that has evolved over years where for women
we initially had numbers like 88% success but what we did with time, we basically limited
who we treated to just female pattern hair loss and eliminated the types of patients
who have other problems such as chronic telogen effluvium. Now what that means is that within
12 to 15 months, most of our patients both men and women will see significant improvement
with this treatment which often is a single treatment. Sometimes there is more than one
injections separated by over a year but in essence, I think that there is opportunity
to consider alternatives besides just thinking stronger minoxidil. One of the challenges we had is that we would
encounter with higher strength minoxidil was scalp irritation and patients just didn’t
want to continue using something that is causing scalp to be irritated. Remember that minoxidil
was originally used for hypertension, for high blood pressure. In fact, the effect was
seen hair growth so I’m not saying it doesn’t have value but for most of our patients who
use minoxidil once, we Hair Regeneration treatment.

We had them stopped but to going back to answering
your original question as far as extra strength is concerned and from my perspective, 5% minoxidil
for women is adequate. As a side note, I would say most of our women
who we see in our practice who have tried Minoxidil in the past and stopped using Minoxidil
because they felt it wasn’t really doing much for them.

You know, it’s one thing
to try to hold on to the hair and it’s kind of a weird uncertainty whether or not the
minoxidil is effective. And for many patients, they just feel like they are not seeing a
difference to justify the twice daily use of Minoxidil as recommended by the many manufacturer
but still I personally believe that there is a role prior to someone having a treatment
like Hair Regeneration and again I think that if you want to use 5% minoxidil, I think that
would be adequate. And learn more about Hair Regeneration and find a practitioner who offers
this type of procedure learn more about that as well.

So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the
best of luck and thank you for your question!.

In my last video, I looked at whether protein
supplementation has benefits for those doing resistance training. I showed you that there is some benefit, even
if it isn’t as much as people expect. But could protein powder have negative effects
on the body? Today I’m going to have a look at the science
behind 3 common concerns about a high protein diet: can a high protein diet cause kidney
damage, accelerate hair loss or make Acne worse. Let’s jump straight into it! Number 1: Does a high protein diet cause kidney
damage The main job of the kidneys is to filter our
blood to remove fluids and waste products. One way that we measure the health of the
kidneys is to look at the Filtration Rate, which is a measure of the flow of fluid through
the kidney. In a healthy kidney, the filtration rate remains
high so that any toxins or waste products in our blood are quickly removed from the
blood.

In people who have kidney damage, the filtration
rate is reduced and there is a risk that waste products build up in the blood. We know that within 1 hour of high protein
consumption like drinking a protein shake, there is an increase in the kidney filtration
rate up to 30%. In people who already have kidney damage,
the kidneys struggle to cope with this extra workload and in the long term there can be
some worsening of kidney damage. This is the origin of the theory that protein
shakes cause kidney damage. It was thought that if a high protein diet
could have some negative effects in people who already have kidney damage, then maybe
it could also have some negative effects in people who are healthy. But this is where the logic falls down. Just because something is true in people who
have kidney damage, doesn’t mean that it’s also necessarily true in healthy people. We know that a healthy kidney has an incredible
ability to adapt. You may have heard that people can live with
only one kidney, and that’s because a healthy kidney can easily adapt to a higher workload
without any consequence.

In fact, a recent article published in November
2018 specifically looked at the effect of a high protein diet in healthy people. They researchers found that high protein diets
do not appear to have a negative impact on kidney function in healthy adults. Number 2: Does a high protein diet cause hair
loss? In men, hair loss occurs because of a combination
of genetics and the effect of testosterone. Most of the testosterone in a male body is
made in the testes and travels to the hair follicles in the blood. Here, testosterone is converted into a molecule
called Dihydrotestosterone also known as DHT. In men who are genetically at risk of hair
loss, this DHT converts large hair follicles that produce long hair, into smaller follicles
that produce very thin hair. In women, there is some testosterone produced
in the ovaries and the process of hair loss is thought to be similar to that of men, but
researchers aren’t a 100% sure yet. I couldn’t find any direct research looking
at protein intake and hair loss, so we can’t concretely answer this question.

But one thing that we can look at is whether
protein intake causes an increase in Testosterone levels. Because if there is an increase in testosterone,
then it is possible that protein intake may increase the risk of hair loss in those who
are already genetically at risk. To answer this question, I found a couple
of small studies that looked at the effect of protein supplementation on hormone levels. Both of these studies indicate that protein
intake had no effect on testosterone levels. This isn’t definitive evidence by any means,
but it does suggest that protein intake itself probably doesn’t have a direct impact on
hair loss. Since the science is a bit sketchy on this
point, please do post in the comments if you’ve had an experience that would be useful for
other people to know. Number 3: Can a high protein diet make acne
worse Acne is super common with some estimates suggesting
that 73% of people have had acne at some point in their life.

There are multiple factors that contribute
to acne like your genetics, normal skin bacteria, your immune system and your sensitive to hormones. But could a high protein diet make acne worse? Just like the hair loss question, I couldn’t
find any direct research looking at protein intake and acne. So let’s look to see if there’s any indirect
evidence that could provide some hints about protein intake and acne. In the skin, sebaceous glands are microscopic
organs produce an oily substance called sebum, that normally works to lubricate the skin. In acne, sebum accumulates over a skin pore
and converts it into a whitehead. Some key hormones that influence the activity
of sebaceous glands are testosterone, DHT and another molecule called Insulin-like Growth
Factor, also referred to as IGF.

Testosterone, DHT and IGF all increase the
activity of sebaceous glands and can therefore make acne worse. We know from earlier that protein probably
doesn’t increase testosterone levels, so let’s cancel them out of the picture. What about IGF? Well there is some evidence that milk consumption
could increase the levels of IGF and therefore lead to worse acne. There have been a handful of case reports
of acne getting worse in young people who were using whey protein. So it is possible that whey protein may contribute
to worsening acne. This again is not definitive scientifically
because the quality of the evidence is quite low. The only suggestion that we have is if you
have severe acne, you may want experiment with using sources of protein other than dairy
or whey.

For example you can try soy based protein
or plant based protein. Again since the science doesn’t provide
a strong answer to this question, please do post in the comments if you have an experience
that would be useful for other people to know. As always if you’re worried about kidney
damage, acne or hair loss, please do talk to your doctor to get specific medical advice
for your particular situation. In one of my previous videos I looked at the
relationship between diet and heart health. If you’re interested in learning more, click

whats up everybody George here from GP lifestyle in today's video guys I'll be counting on my top 5 best men's hairstyles for receiving care lines because not all of us have perfect hair lines But we still want to have a good looking hairstyle. There's no way gentlemen There's a video summary with timestamps linked in the description if you guys like to review certain points on the list And I'll be sure to leave a link to any item used in this video Let's get started. Now the first haircut on this list is what I recently had before I got my hair cut and I personally think it's a great starting point And that is a fade with a side sweep. Now, the characteristics of this haircut are quite simple as mentioned You start off with a bald or skin fade on the sides and you leave the top anywhere between 2 to 5 inches in length And what you want to do here is you want to go with a side sweep with some volume in the front? I first think this is great if you have receding corners because you can mask it fairly Well with the making it look as natural as possible well how are you actually looking like your Hairline is receding and that you're actually trying to hide it which is some of the key here I personally think this is obviously a bit more of a younger trend your haircut I still think is a great starting point and I feel like a lot of guys now have their hair a bit longer see because Men's hairstyles have gotten a lot more popular So I personally think this is a great alternative Just by having more of the focus being on the volume and on the front versus the hairline Itself there gonna be two ounces is great If you have dark curly hair or even any kind of hair will work great with this hairstyle character reason of this hairstyle is that it's a uniform in length across anywhere between one to three centimeters in length both the sides and The top and it just really cleaned up any a great example of this haircut is Tom Ford He likes to rock this sort of short neat and tidy hair that same length all throughout but then again you can push the top Forward to make your forehead look a little bit more Proportional and here you're really just owning up to the fact that yeah, your hairline is going but you know you still want to look great and maximize it without really looking like you're trying to just Hang on to something that you really don't have anymore And yes This haircut can also go for black gentlemen because I still see a lot of hairstyles and hair videos out there for black men But if you do have a receding hairline you begin neat and tidy and maybe also adding say a drop fade or a low fade with this is also a great option to also build a some structure on your If you're interested our three on this list We're getting a little bit more extreme just in case your see hair loss is starting to become Not manageable and daddies to go with a bus cut and a beard combination now some of the characteristics of this heart The characteristics of this hair cuts quite simply go anywhere between one millimeter to seven millimeters in length and the key here thing is your facial hair and your head hair is at the same length a Great a great example of who rocks this type of haircut is Jason Statham now Yes He has obviously lost the majority of his hair, but he still knows how to look great using obviously his styling other assets but when it comes to hairstyles, he likes a pair of his beard with his with a bus kind of person I think this is an excellent look because with the beard what it does it draws the eye lower to your face Which actually makes your facial hair be more? Prominent and it also adds a little bit more structure to your face and you have a good seamless Transition from your facial hair to your header which is a very Masculine look and I personally think it's very clean very simple And if your hair has gotten to this point where there's no coming back This is an excellent option in my opinion Number four on this list is the haircut that I have right now and that is a fade with a textured fringe This is a great short haircut is very long maintained that it can still look great for even you have your seat in corners large For it or a receding hairline the same thing as hairstyle number one on this list you're going with a bald fade or skin fade or fade all around with a one guard and you're Keeping the sides very structured neat and tidy, but on the top, you're leaving it anywhere between two to three centimeters in length And you're basically brushing your hair or forward sort of like if you were to like where I could do rag to get waves but you know since I'm white that's not happening and basically what you're doing you're building a lot of Texture a lot of bit letting your hair's natural Texture really shine and you can put a little bit of product in the front to make it a little bit more lively The great thing here is that you can part it, too You can part the front to the side and make it have like a little bit of a Caesar Which is great if you have a big forehead, but thing again here This is very slick.

If you compare it with the fake have very structured and very unstructured coming together It's a very balanced haircut. That is good to make your forehead look smaller. It's gonna hide most of your hairline you're still going to have a messy and put together very easy to do which is awesome haircut number five on this list I don't think a lot of guys consider a haircut but asses just go clean-shaven I need to keep a beard but I personally think if your hair loss is to the point where none of these will work Clean-shaven is the way to go and don't be ashamed about shaving your head it Honestly psychology says that men with shaven heads will look a little bit more dominant a little more aggressive So that's great a great example of a guy who rocks a clean shaven head to the fullest is Dwayne the rock Johnson You're not gonna call him ugly and make fun of his hair laws because well, he's the rock And this haircut this hairstyle is simple, it's great.

I know it's not a hair table shaven is a form of facial hair So for me, it's a form of head hair as well Don't quote me on this one and The great thing here is that you can pair this with almost anything any type of facial hair style whether it's like a full beard goatee and a little great the great thing here is when you pair with facial hair it again draws attention to the lower part of your face and are Focusing a lot up here. It's a little bit lower And if you pay with a great pair of frames, your face will look great structured and overall still masculine Even though you've lost your hair It's not the end of the world guys, but I know hair and confidence are associated together And I personally think a lot of these options on this list can help you stay Confident and look great and feel great about yourself.

how does diet or nutrition affect genetic
pattern hair loss I routinely see people who are experiencing genetic pattern hair loss
who are under the impression that they have a nutritional deficiency causing their hair loss
which would require hair specific supplementation this perception is reinforced by overwhelming
promotion online of supplements claiming to specifically support hair growth I'll acknowledge
that I have a selection bias working in the United States with patients who are financially in a
position to have optimal nutrition as would be expected in a first world country I find that
many of my patients will buy supplements to support their hair growth in response to their
recognizing that they have thinning hair another group of people will also buy supplements after
experiencing significant hair shedding periods hair thinning or genetic pattern hair loss is the
root cause for up to 95 percent of hair loss in men and women not malnutrition I help people from
around the world with genetic pattern hair loss using our TrichoStem Hair Regeneration system
the procedures I developed help my patients by thickening hair that's thinning and stimulating
the regrowth of hair follicles that are in a prolonged resting stage or telogen phase by
improving hair thickness and hair density scalp coverage improvement can be quite significant and
sustained for three to five years and even longer now depending on your hair loss classification
other medical options can be employed such as the use of a DHT-blocker like finasteride for
men and for women estrogen supplementation may also be considered for optimal hair growth a
stressful event can cause temporary hair shedding which is referred to as telogen effluvium telogen
effluvium typically occurs about three months after the stressful event occurs resulting in the
follicles entering into a premature resting phase this condition is temporary and hair that has
been shed will grow back in the course of one year nutrition and lifestyle can be optimized to
support good health vibrant skin and hair quality I support vitamin supplementation
such as with vitamin D and vitamin C when the diet is limited in providing and
adequate quantities of these micronutrients for optimal health I hope this
information from my experience helped you if you are interested in recommendations
for your individual situation you may contact us through our websites or call
our offices to schedule a consultation thank you

C.C.C.A. is a scarring alopecia. A scarring
form of hair loss and it stands for concentric centrifugal cicatricial alopecia. So concentric
means it’s in the center top of the head, centrifugal means it spreads out on equally
on both sides onto the top of the head, cicatricial means scar and alopecia just means
hair loss. So this is a form of scarring hair loss that is very particular to the African-American
female patient population. And what it is or the cause is, there’s a genetic component to it
and there’s also a hair styling component to it. So the hair styling component to it you can
control, the genetic parts you can’t.

So the hair styling component is caused by use of hot combs
or really hot hairstyling tools that when applied close to the scalp, that heat has a detrimental
effect on the scalp of the skin and that heat penetrates the skin and affects the hair follicle
cells negatively. As well as chemical relaxers. The chemicals can be left on the scalp too long
or just the chronic use of chemical relaxers over time that chemical being applied to the scalp
diffuses into the skin and affects the hair follicle cells and potentially eventually kills
them and hair will no longer grow. The importance to early recognition of CCCA is that if you catch
it early you can prevent it from becoming worse and potentially even get your hair to regrow. So
the symptoms of CCCA can be maybe just a little bit of an itch up there or it can have a burning
sensation or a tingling sensation or your mom’s walking past you one day and says it looks like
you’re getting a little thin up there on the top or you’re getting sunburns on the top of your
head where you’ve never experienced a sunburn on the top of your head before.

It’s really
important to reach out to your dermatologist at that point to see them so that it can be diagnosed
because it does require a biopsy for diagnosis, you can’t just look at it. Now there’s a high
degree of clinical suspicion for the condition when you’re observing it but it does need a
biopsy for confirmation and if it is C.C.C.A. then you can undergo some topical and injectable
treatment solutions that can potentially decrease that inflammatory process that’s
going on underneath the surface of the skin and if there are surviving hair follicles
left under there you may get regrowth. So it’s important to catch it early because if you
don’t catch it early, it will continue to advance to where it gets to the point where you can see
it very clearly, everyone else can see it very clearly and you’re past the point of being able to
disguise it with the remaining hair that you have. If you’re past the point because you’ve
waited too long, it would be really good to give a call to HairClub because they have a
lot of treatment solutions for your condition.

So yeah, it's gonna happen. You're gonna lose some or all of your hair within about two to four
weeks of starting chemo. That's the bad news. The good news is, you know about it now and you can go ahead and plan the best way you want to handle it. Like, for me, I knew
if I was in the shower and one of those clumps of hair came out, I knew I'd lose it. So I decided to go ahead
and shave it all off.

If I had to say goodbye to my hair, it was gonna be me who
decided when and how. Not the cancer or the chemo. So a few of my friends threw a little hair shaving party for me. We got together one afternoon and, they took turns buzzing away. (chuckles) I can't tell
you how good it felt to have them there just talking, laughing, listening to music. It made it somehow, so much easier. Now keep in mind, this was five years ago. Things move fast and they might have new treatments that help with hair loss. So just ask your doctor if
that's a big concern for you..

A beard radiates masculinity and magically
attracts women. Therefore, nowadays more and more men want
a full beard, which is now fully in vogue. For some men, however, the beard does not
grow fast enough or this simply does not cover the desired areas of the face. In addition, the beard growth can decrease
at an older age, because the responsible testosterone, the “masculinity hormone”, provides for your
beard growth and this hormone formation is reduced with age.

Although your genetic predisposition is responsible
for the beard growth, there are fortunately also some means and tricks that can accelerate
your beard growth. Which are those, we show you here! Accelerate your beard growth with these remedies! 1. healthy diet
Your hair needs sufficient vitamins and suitable nutrients for healthy growth. For this reason, we recommend a balanced diet
that contains enough fruits and vegetables. You should also reduce your sugar, because
this ensures a lowering of the testosterone level. Furthermore, there are foods that can raise
your testosterone level, such as oats, vanilla, mustard, celery and egg whites. Healthy fats also help to improve your testosterone
levels. Olives and olive oil, unprocessed nuts such
as almonds or pecans, coconuts and coconut oil, avocado or organic nut oils should therefore
be added to your diet more often.1 2.

Zinc or magnesium
Zinc and magnesium are important minerals that are responsible for many processes in
the body. Taking these minerals can also increase your
testosterone. However, this is only possible if you suffer
from a deficiency. If this is not the case, zinc or magnesium
cannot increase the production of testosterone above your “normal” level. To find out if you suffer from such a deficiency,
you can do a blood count and take appropriate supplements if necessary. 3. weight training
Regular and intensive training sessions promote your masculinity, because weight training
increases the release of testosterone. This results not only in an improvement of
your beard growth, but also that your muscles grow faster and you get a more masculine appearance. Therefore, train regularly (at least 2-3 times
a week) with heavy weights. 4. sunlight
Studies have found that vitamin D is also crucial in the formation of testosterone.

Therefore, you should spend about 1-2 days
per week outside in the sun. This will not only increase your fertility,
but also your muscle growth and beard growth. 5. sufficient care with oils
Herbal oils stimulate the blood circulation of your skin, while coconut oil, argan oil
or even castor oil are responsible for healthy hair growth. Therefore, if you regularly apply these to
your beard area and massage them in, you will also be able to stimulate your hair growth. Also, beard oil provides sufficient care for
your beard, which makes it supple and soft. 6. reduce negative emotions
Stress, frustration or arguments cause your body to produce stress hormones. These are not only unpleasant feelings, but
the increased stress hormones also inhibit the release of important messenger substances,
such as testosterone.2 Instead of washing down the stress with alcohol, you should at
best go to sports, meditate or find other good solutions to reduce negative emotions.

7. sufficient sleep
In addition to sports, sufficient sleep also ensures that your testosterone production
increases, thus creating a positive effect on your beard growth.3 Accordingly, you can
sleep yourself beautiful and sexy. At least 7 hours a night you should sleep
every day, so that you not only feel more rested, but also your beard growth is improved. 8. fingers off! Many beard wearers like to play around with
their beard. However, this is not recommended, because
by plucking you can unintentionally damage your hair follicles. Even if it itches, you should never scratch
your beard, because this could lead to inflammation of your hair roots. Wow. These are great tips to boost your beard growth. An appropriate behavior such as sports and
healthy food, as well as high-quality care products can already accelerate your beard
growth.

However, you must not think directly that
you get a full beard overnight! Patience is required! Please also remember that these tips can do
nothing against inherited gaps in your beard. Because there your body can not independently
form hair roots. The only way out in this case is transplantation. Do you want to strengthen your immune system
in just 15 seconds? Then watch the video which we link to you
here. If you liked the video then I would be really
happy about a thumbs up. And don’t forget to subscribe to this channel
