How to do Chiropractic Cracks for Curvy Ladies with Tight Back

Chiropractic Stress Relief helps crack stress out of tight spots on your entire body.

In this article I’m going to be explaining a wide variety of chiropractic adjustments to get spots like your hips your shoulder, your back, your waste, your neck etc. to get released from stress.

As we go about our daily lives, our bodies accumulate stress and if we don’t release this stress, then we become completely overwhelmed by this accumulated stress in our bodies and this can cause pain and even illness. So, we need to find a way to relief our bodies of this stress.

To relief your body for a lot of tension at places like my lower back you’re going to put your nose right about here and you’ll be on your belly and we’re going to do some good stuff. What do you think is the more tense? your shoulder blades or your lower back? What I’m feeling here is just super tight traps the rhomboids. Rhomboids are tight.

Here is what we are going to do:

Turn your head this way good and put one leg over each corner there you go so I’m going to turn this way all the way through this way let this drop got it so that gets the ones under the skull really high up did you hear those yeah i heard them all back your head okay and you’re going to pull your hair through if you don’t mind helping yeah good so then it goes this way and then it comes back make sure your necklace do you see how your necklace make sure it’s not catching under there you don’t have to take it off just as long as it’s not pinching so I’m going to kind of let you feel the stretch a few times okay I’m not going to do it yet I’m just going to let you stretch good now take a breath in and we’re going to do one okay and blow it out did you feel anything release yeah my neck okay so it’s wild because we’ve already adjusted your neck so many different ways so now scoot all the way back do you have all your pieces your earrings okay don’t you feel like that’s when you should stop like when jewelry hits I’m so relaxed that’s awesome but when jewelry hits the floor and it’s like all right everybody let’s stop so I’m going to adjust this next okay oh my gosh I heard that’s so loud how many were there was more there’s more I think like 10 went right have your knee hover a little bit I’m going to take your wrists and pull you through doubling your arm up you hold your own back of arm and I’m going to put my hand through about four l three two one so we’re going to come all the way down low here there’s one now I’m going to do more so big breath in and blow it out oh my gosh there’s more right [Music] so now bring your pillow and come back to this side and now line your side again and I’m just going to do the regular one that worked better okay got it oh my god you hear all those yeah all the way up all the way up your back right yes okay so now oh you could put this under your head let’s leave it there you just pull your leg out a little cut it from your hip but sometimes your ankles go at the same time wow good so this time we’re going to focus on this ankle so we’re going to come in really close here one more okay then we’re going to come down here let me do this one next right here that one doesn’t want to go but that one did right there so now sit up here put your back to me again and scoop closer to me and put the back your hands together like this and now lift the arms high in the air you feel anything go on that one okay so now I’m going to do this right here wow hear that those are good into this right there that’s okay so big breath in and blow it out and do a much bigger breath in and blow it out oh my god wow i know did that give you some relief yes we’re going to do one above it now you can keep your head that way okay so I’m still going to be on the right hard to hit here because there’s a transition area but let’s see what can happen nope that one didn’t go head back to center so next I’m going to have you come sit up now is that the spot that really hurts yes then our pad there that felt good and pull your hair through in here hold this for me up on your belly and scoot all the way down towards me keep coming keep coming and what I’m going to do is I’m going to secure your legs oh that’s maybe two keep you from sliding do you ever see in the videos that we sometimes hold the legs so this works in a similar fashion and it keeps you from sliding too much so now you’re going to take a big breath in and blow it out oh my god that felt amazing i really felt all of that pop in my neck did you feel it mostly on the neck or a little lower too like just right here it kind of good though right yeah but mostly on my neck so i did feel it here but it was mostly like all the pops in my neck wow have you ever done that before or was that the first one no I’ve done you yeah we did it once right so um I think it works to hold the legs down you get a better pull right yeah there at the lower it’s very little but it’s still there do you feel this right here yeah right in there if I if I push in yes okay so that’s going to go next wow I didn’t think I was going to feel it like that loudly it was a loud one right yeah okay so I’m going to release these now i want to pull a little bit through the leg I feel like there’s a little bit of tension right here in your hip and your through your leg and your ankle it’s a big breath in and blow it out okay yeah now I’m going to do this spot this is probably a good angle to see this because I’m going to get the ankle this time got it next I’m going to reach under and make sure i didn’t miss anything in here so turn your head this way so we don’t bump heads that’s good let’s do a lower wrap up even more those are good so now line your side facing me and hold your wrist just to position your shoulder this will be for the lower back got it oh my gosh wow that was a big one too yeah if you made it to the end of the video guys and girls thanks for watching and don’t forget to subscribe for more

Prostate Cancer: What’s Your Risk?

An Interview with Dr Nam, about Prostate Cancer.

As a patient what I was impressed with was just, I saw him, I had this test, I had that test, I had a biopsy, and, you know, in as fast a period as possible I knew what the situation was. Monica: Barry was able to benefit from two Sunnybrook innovations: a prostate cancer risk calculator, and the prostate biopsy rapid results clinic. Dr. Nam developed the risk calculator because the current test, the PSA, is not precise enough. The calculator is really a simple checklist you do with your family doctor, plugging in information on factors like your age and ethnicity, if you have a family history of prostate cancer, any urinary symptoms, and your PSA result.

You can learn more about Prostate Cancer and what is it from our previous article here on What is Prostate Cancer?

Prostate Cancer Risk Calculator

Dr. Nam: When you use the Sunnybrook prostate cancer risk calculator, you get the result in seconds. You enter the parameters, and it instantly gives you your risk for having prostate cancer, or aggressive prostate cancer. Then you can use that data to determine whether you need a biopsy or not. Monica: This tool is for men over 50, or younger if there is a family history of prostate cancer.

Dr. Nam: The message to men is to be proactive. Take charge of your screening, and go to your family physician and say, I want to be evaluated for my risk for having prostate cancer or aggressive prostate cancer, which is the key. Monica: This goes hand in hand with Sunnybrook’s new prostate biopsy rapid results clinic, which cuts down the time from biopsy to results from about 3 weeks to just 72 hours.

Dr. Nam says it’s all about revolutionizing the way prostate cancer is detected and treated. Even though he has prostate cancer, Barry says he feels lucky knowing it was found early enough to treat. Barry: I basically told all my friends, go out and spend the $25 and get your PSA test, and talk to your doctor, and look at this new risk calculator and see how many of you should have further investigations.

What is Prostate Cancer?

Cancer in general starts when cells in the body begin to grow out of control. Cells in nearly any part of the body can become cancer cells and can then spread to other areas of the body.

Frist of all, if you will like to learn more about ways to treat your prostate using Prostate Supplement

What kind of Cancer is Prostate Cancer?

Prostate cancer is a type of cancer that affects the prostate gland, which is a small, walnut-sized gland located in the male reproductive system. It is situated just below the bladder and in front of the rectum. The prostate gland is responsible for producing and secreting some of the fluids that make up semen, which is essential for male reproduction.

The Prostate Gland.

The prostate gland is made up of different types of cells that perform different functions. The main types of cells in the prostate gland are glandular epithelial cells (Luminal cells), basal cells, neuroendocrine cells, and smooth muscle cells.

1. Glandular epithelial (Luminal) cells produce and secrete prostate fluid, which is a major component of semen.

2.Basal cells form a layer at the base of the glandular epithelial cells and provide support and nourishment to the epithelial cells.

3. Neuroendocrine cells produce hormones and neurotransmitters that help regulate the function of the prostate gland.

4. Smooth muscle cells the muscular layer of the prostate gland and help with the contraction and relaxation of the gland during ejaculation.

Types of Prostate Cancer?

Based on the type of cell affected, prostate cancer is divided into two main types.

Adenocarcinoma is the most common type of prostate cancer, accounting for more than 95% of all cases. Adenocarcinomas develop in the glandular epithelial cells that produce seminal fluid.

Neuroendocrine tumor are rare types of prostate cancer that develop from neuroendocrine cells in the prostate gland.

Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in men, particularly in older men.

According to the American Cancer Society, about 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime. Prostate cancer is also the second most common cause of cancer death in men, after lung cancer. You might be wondering what causes cells to go out of control and cause prostate cancer? Well, Researchers do not know exactly what causes prostate cancer.

But they have found some risk factors and are trying to learn just how these factors might cause prostate cells to become cancer cells.

What Causes Prostate Cancer?

On a basic level, prostate cancer is caused by changes in the DNA of a normal prostate cell. DNA is the chemical in our cells that makes up our genes, which control how our cells function. We usually look like our parents because they are the source of our DNA. But DNA affects more than just how we look. Some genes control when our cells grow, divide into new cells, and die.

Certain genes that help cells grow, divide, and stay alive are called onco-genes. Genes that normally keep cell growth under control, repair mistakes in DNA, or cause cells to die at the right time are called tumor suppressor genes. Cancer can be caused by DNA mutations that keep oncogenes turned on, or that turn off tumor suppressor genes. DNA changes can either be inherited from a parent or can be acquired during a person’s lifetime. Additionally, one of the key risk factors for prostate cancer is age.

When are Men likely to get Prostate Cancer?

As men get older, the risk of developing prostate cancer increases. Other risk factors include family history of prostate cancer, and race. Prostate cancer is often referred to as a “silent killer” because it may not cause any symptoms in its early stages. However, as the cancer grows and spreads, it can begin to cause a variety of symptoms that may include Difficulty urinating, including a weak or interrupted urine flow, or the need to urinate more frequently. Blood in the urine or semen.

Pain or discomfort during urination or ejaculation. Pain or stiffness in the lower back, hips, or thighs. Loss of bladder or bowel control in advanced cases. Early detection of prostate cancer is key to successful treatment and management of the disease.

Detecting Prostate Cancer

There are several screening and diagnostic tests that are used to detect prostate cancer and assess its extent and severity.

The most common screening test for prostate cancer is the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test. PSA is a protein that is produced by the prostate gland, and elevated levels of PSA in the blood can be a sign of prostate cancer or other prostate conditions. However, PSA levels can also be elevated due to other factors, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or inflammation of the prostate gland, so a high PSA test result does not necessarily mean that a person has prostate cancer. If a PSA test result is elevated, a healthcare provider may recommend further testing, such as a digital rectal exam (DRE) or a prostate biopsy. During a DRE, the healthcare provider will insert a lubricated, gloved finger into the rectum to feel for any abnormalities in the prostate gland, such as lumps or hard areas.

A prostate biopsy involves taking small tissue samples from the prostate gland using a needle, which are then examined under a microscope for the presence of cancer cells.

Other diagnostic tests that may be used to assess prostate cancer include: • Imaging tests, such as a transrectal ultrasound (TRUS), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), or computed tomography (CT) scan, which can provide detailed images of the prostate gland and surrounding tissues. • Bone scans, which can detect the presence of cancer that has spread to the bones. • Genomic testing, which can help predict the aggressiveness of the cancer and guide treatment decisions. The choice of diagnostic tests will depend on several factors, such as the patient’s age, overall health, and the extent of the suspected cancer.

Treatment Of Prostate Cancer?

There are several treatment options available for prostate cancer, which will depend on several factors, such as the stage and grade of the cancer, the age and overall health of the patient, and the patient’s preferences and goals of treatment. The main treatment options for prostate cancer include Watchful waiting or active surveillance: In cases where the cancer is slow-growing or localized, a healthcare provider may recommend monitoring the cancer through regular PSA tests, DREs, and imaging tests, without immediate treatment. This approach may be suitable for older patients or those with other medical conditions that may make treatment risky or difficult. Surgery: Surgery involves removing the prostate gland and surrounding tissues and may be recommended for cases where the cancer is confined to the prostate gland and has not spread to other parts of the body.

The most common surgical approach is radical prostatectomy, which may be performed using traditional open surgery or minimally invasive techniques such as laparoscopy or robotic surgery.

Radiation therapy: Radiation therapy uses high-energy radiation beams to kill cancer cells and may be used as the primary treatment for localized prostate cancer or as an adjuvant treatment after surgery. Types of radiation therapy used for prostate cancer include external beam radiation therapy and brachytherapy (internal radiation therapy). Hormone therapy: Hormone therapy aims to block or lower the levels of male hormones (such as testosterone) in the body, as these hormones can stimulate the growth of prostate cancer cells. Hormone therapy may be used as a primary treatment for advanced prostate cancer or as an adjuvant therapy in combination with surgery or radiation therapy. Chemotherapy: Chemotherapy uses drugs to kill cancer cells and may be recommended for cases where the cancer has spread to other parts of the body and is not responding to hormone therapy.

Chemotherapy is usually given intravenously (through a vein) and may be given in cycles, with rest periods in between. Immunotherapy: Immunotherapy uses drugs or other substances to stimulate the immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells. Immunotherapy may be used in combination with other treatments for advanced prostate cancer. Treatment decisions will depend on several factors, and patients should discuss the risks and benefits of each treatment option with their healthcare provider before making a decision.

In some cases, a combination of treatments may be recommended to achieve the best possible outcome. For example, they are supplements that can help and act as Prostate Cancer Treatment.
Introduction:

Sacroiliac Joint Pain can be debilitating and life-altering for many individuals. It is a condition that can affect anyone, from professional athletes to regular people who spend extended periods sitting or standing. This pain originates in the Sacroiliac Joint, which connects the spine to the pelvis. The joint is responsible for transferring weight from the upper body to the lower body, and any issues in this area can lead to severe pain.

In this blog post, we will discuss Sacroiliac Joint Pain, its causes, and the treatment options available for it. Specifically, we will focus on how exercise can be an effective form of relief for Sacroiliac Joint Pain.

By the way, if you are suffering from Sevier Back Pain, you can learn more about these Back Pain Supplements and talk to your doctor about it.

What is Sacroiliac Joint Pain?

The Sacroiliac Joint is responsible for transferring weight from the upper body to the lower body. It connects the sacrum (the triangular bone at the base of the spine) to the pelvis. When the joint is inflamed or injured, it can cause significant pain in the lower back, hips, and legs.

Sacroiliac Joint Pain can be caused by a variety of factors, including:

Trauma or injury to the joint

Arthritis

Pregnancy

Ankylosing spondylitis (a type of inflammatory arthritis)

Gout

Infection

Symptoms of Sacroiliac Joint Pain can include:

Lower back pain

Pain in the hips or legs

Numbness or tingling in the legs

Stiffness in the lower back or hips

Pain when standing up or sitting down

Pain when walking or climbing stairs

Diagnosing Sacroiliac Joint Pain can be challenging, as the symptoms are similar to those of other conditions, such as sciatica or herniated discs. Your doctor may perform a physical exam, imaging tests (such as X-rays or MRI scans), or an injection of an anesthetic to confirm the diagnosis.

How Exercise Can Help Sacroiliac Joint Pain:

Exercise can be an effective form of relief for Sacroiliac Joint Pain. Strengthening the muscles around the joint can help support it and reduce the strain placed on it. Additionally, stretching can help relieve tension in the joint and improve flexibility.

Before starting any exercise program, it is essential to speak with your doctor or a physical therapist to determine what exercises are safe for you. The following are some exercises that may help relieve Sacroiliac Joint Pain:

Pelvic Tilts

Pelvic Tilts are a gentle exercise that can help stretch and strengthen the muscles around the Sacroiliac Joint. Begin by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Tighten your abdominal muscles and press your lower back into the floor. Hold for five seconds, then release. Repeat ten times.

Glute Bridges

Glute Bridges are another exercise that can help strengthen the muscles around the Sacroiliac Joint. Begin by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Tighten your glute muscles and lift your hips off the floor. Hold for five seconds, then release. Repeat ten times.

Seated Hip Stretch

The Seated Hip Stretch can help relieve tension in the muscles around the Sacroiliac Joint. Begin by sitting in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Cross your right ankle over your left knee. Gently press down on your right knee until you feel a stretch in your right hip. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch sides and repeat.

Quadruped Hip Extension

The Quadruped Hip Extension can help strengthen the muscles around the Sacroiliac Joint. Begin on your hands and knees with your wrists directly under your shoulders.

v. Pelvic Clocks

vi. Lower Abdominal Muscle Contractions

b. Benefits of Physical Therapy for Sacroiliac Joint Pain Relief

Physical therapy can also be an effective way to manage sacroiliac joint pain. Physical therapists can work with patients to develop a specific exercise program that targets the muscles and joints surrounding the sacroiliac joint. These exercises can help strengthen the muscles and improve flexibility, ultimately leading to decreased pain and improved function.

Some effective exercises for sacroiliac joint pain relief include:

Pelvic Tilt:

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Tighten your abdominal muscles and press your lower back into the floor. Hold for five seconds, then release. Repeat for 10 repetitions.

Bridges:

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lift your hips off the floor until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold for five seconds, then lower back down. Repeat for 10 repetitions.

Hip Flexor Stretch:

Kneel on one knee with the other foot flat on the floor in front of you. Tighten your glutes and shift your hips forward until you feel a stretch in the front of your hip. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch sides.

Knee-to-Chest Stretch:

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Bring one knee up to your chest and hold onto it with both hands. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch sides.

Pelvic Clocks:

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Imagine that your pelvis is a clock face, with 12 o’clock at your belly button and 6 o’clock at your tailbone. Slowly tilt your pelvis back and forth, keeping your feet flat on the floor. Repeat for 10 repetitions.

Lower Abdominal Muscle Contractions: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Tighten your lower abdominal muscles and hold for five seconds, then release. Repeat for 10 repetitions.

Overall, physical therapy can help reduce pain, improve function, and prevent future injuries in individuals with sacroiliac joint pain.

Other Treatment Options for Sacroiliac Joint Pain Relief

a. Medications for Sacroiliac Joint Pain Relief

b. Injections for Sacroiliac Joint Pain Relief

c. Surgery for Sacroiliac Joint Pain Relief

In addition to chiropractic care and physical therapy, there are other treatment options available for individuals with sacroiliac joint pain. These include medications, injections, and surgery.

Medications such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) can be used to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. Injections such as corticosteroids or numbing medications can also be used to provide temporary relief of symptoms. In some cases, surgery may be recommended to address more severe cases of sacroiliac joint dysfunction.

It is important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your specific situation.

Conclusion

Sacroiliac joint pain can be a debilitating condition that can significantly impact an individual’s quality of life. Fortunately, there are many treatment options available for managing this condition, including chiropractic care, physical therapy, medications, injections, and surgery.

Exercise is an effective way to manage sacroiliac joint pain and prevent future injuries.

So I thought today I would do a what I eat in a day and we’re just sitting down to breakfast now I went to the gym this morning and just had a plain black coffee citing like breakfast so for breakfast I ended up getting Eggs Benedict I substituted the bread for tomato the bacon first of my salmon and had asparagus on the side so we spent the morning shopping we went to Target Nordstrom Mac and now we are up on our way to lunch at the beach and I’m really excited I already know I’m gonna have a cold fruit but I’m not sure what I’m gonna have for lunch yet for lunch I opted for some local mahi-mahi on a bed of greens with my cold brew and some lemon water so I have a new favorite drink it’s kind of like a twist on a virgin mocktail especially since I don’t drink so you need at least one lime per drink one lemon I’m making two drinks and then some mint and some Pellegrino so you add in a bunch of mint obviously because it’s a virgin stem mojito the great thing is I like eating them mint after it’s great for your digestion and this one is no sugar so I know a traditional mojito has like sugar syrup or simple syrup I’m not gonna put syrup in because we’re our team no sugar over here so I do a full lime per drink I’m just kind of it muddled it a bit in the juice then I’m adding in one large ice cube these ones are like the super sized ice cubes as you can see and then top them off this is really green oh it’s just sparkling water all right let’s try ice it oh it’s so good it’s so refreshing so we have some chicken seasoning mine with the everything bagel spice and then some veggies and then for dinner I had some barbecued chicken some asparagus and some zucchini it was all so delicious and so fresh I love the produce here hey everyone so I got back late last night from my trip and I just wanted to touch on how I eat healthy when out or went on a vacation I’m just trying to stay on track honestly because eating healthy just makes me feel good so as you can see in the breakfast instead of bread I just substituted sliced tomato I got asparagus on the side and I just asked not to bring me toast and these little things like a lot of restaurants especially something like sliced tomato they definitely have it in their kitchen and they’re usually more than welcome or more than happy to put it in and I did get smoked salmon instead of Canadian bacon as well so just making little things with you already see on their menu and you note that they have most restaurants will be accommodating especially if you ask nicely and then I just think of getting like protein some veggies and then some healthy fats if you wanted to have something more indulging I suggest sharing things so you could share an appetizer or share a small side of whatever you wanted but to fill up most of your plate with the things that are gonna nourish you and make you feel good because if you’re eating completely horrible on vacation compared to what you do normally you might actually just feel crappy on vacation which I definitely don’t want to feel and I know a lot of you guys don’t want to I also picked up some really fun things in case you guys didn’t know I am Canadian so I’m gonna go to the States I do stock up on some favorites that are either hard to get here or it’s more expensive to order from those online stores so let’s get into it so I didn’t pick up a couple chocolates from Hugh kitchen this one is my favorite because there’s no sugar alcohols there’s no cane sugar emulsifiers so he left this in it’s the cleanest chocolate I’ve ever seen so I got crunchy mint and cashew butter if you are looking for these in Canada mature market does sell them so I will put a link to that in the description but hands down if you live in the states you need to get your hands on this keep them with you kitchen I also pick up more of their chocolate covered hunks of almond and sea salt they’re basically healthier chopped covered almonds which is one of my favorite things and again no palm oil sugar lapses in no shiny glaze guys if you ever see shiny too often covered almonds just stay clear another one if basically should brand dimension in general and that is simple mils I hadn’t tried their vanilla cupcake in cake mix but I thought I would pick it up to try it out with just this brand in general I have never found a product I don’t like they’re crackers are good they’re pizza crusts they’re bread they’re pancake mix anything simple meals makes is really good and it’s all really simple ingredients it’s just almond flour coconut sugar Aero coconut flour baking soda and sea salt that’s it of course I had to pick up some more of my ride-or-die granola and that is a purely Elizabeth this is one I haven’t seen before this is the grain free pumpkin spice and it has ashwagandha in it which I’m very excited about so I also picked up a couple bars the first one is the raw rev blow bar this is my favorite one for on keto because it has 14 grams of fiber which makes the net grams I think it’s either two or three net grams so this is easy just to have them a go and also this macadamia sea salt I try to really switch up my nuts you guys saw in my healthy snacks video you guys know I love macadamia nuts and they’re so good for you so I would highly recommend both of these bars pick up two boxes of chopped these are basically grass-fed beef snack sticks so basically a very very healthy Slim Jim I don’t think we have some gyms in Canada but from what people tell me it’s like a us thing but all the ingredients are very clean and it’s more of a salty snack their zero net carbs a hundred calories 6 grams of fat 9 grams of protein per stick and there’s 24 sticks per box and I got 2 because my fiancee really likes these as well also pick up some individual packets of brain octane this is great for keeping all the go when I run out of these packets I do use an old little ginger shot glass and I fill that with my brain octane and then I’ll put it in my clinic bag or in my purse to bring on the go with and lastly is this banza chickpea pasta I like chickpea pasta as opposed to normal pasta because it has a better macronutrient profile you guys knew y’all saw me use the shells in my healthy mac and cheese video which I will leave down below but yeah this has so much more fiber so much more protein so I hope you guys enjoy seeing what I eat while I’m away and a little bit of a healthy grocery haul some of my favorite brands .
